Mr.Ramachandran Ottapathu

Chairman

Mr. Ramachandran Ottapathu is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of ICAI, an Associate member of Botswana Institute of Accountants, and a certified SAP consultant. He has about 25 years of vast experience in the retail industry - handling both finance and operations. He is also an expert in areas such as Manufacturing, Packaging, Milling, and Medical distribution. He is presently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Choppies Enterprises Ltd., a retail chain headquartered at Gaborone, Botswana, and has 246 stores spread across Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Mozambique. Choppies Enterprises Ltd. is listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange and has a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Africa's biggest Stock Exchange. This company has bagged a turnover of about $ 1 Billion and is one of the biggest retailers in the continent. He has more than 50 business enterprises under his stewardship and was featured in Forbes Magazine (Forbes - Africa edition Mar '16).

Mr.Unnikrishnan I

Managing Director

A fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Mr. Unnikrishnan served on the board of Manappuram Finance Limited for 18 years starting 1997 and was one of the core team members who built that organization. He exited from the company in November 2014 as the Dy.CEO to join Yogakshemam. With a whopping 30 years of experience in advising and managing NBFCs, he is credited with bringing the highest amount of FDI into the State of Kerala in a single tranche to the extent of Rs 1000 crores. He has also raised not less than Rs 30000 cores on a cumulative basis as working capital limits from various banks and financial institutions. He has written numerous articles and presented papers on NBFCs, financial inclusions, etc. on various forums, served on the Executive committee of the 'Finance Companies Association' and is one of the founding members of the 'Association of Gold Loan Companies India'.

Dr.Pushpangadan Mangari

Independent Director

Dr.Pushpangadhan Mangari has a Doctorate in Management from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and MBA Finance from one of the top grade management institutions. He completed advance courses in Mergers &Acquisitions from USA and Financial Derivatives and Mathematics respectively from prestigious institutions in UK and CAIIB through Indian Institute of Bankers. He was on the boards of many companies as Non- Executive and Executive Director since 1992. Currently he is working as the Managing Director of’ConsuItWin Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He retired as the CEO of L&T Capital Co. Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Larsen &Toubro (L&T Ltd) and also worked as CIO of L&T General Insurance Company Ltd, post retirement. He worked as the MD of UTI Securities Exchange Ltd (UTISEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of UT 1. He worked as the MD of Over the Counter Exchange of India (OTCEI), owned by Indian Public Sector Institutions. On Special assignments, he workedas Member of various committees such as Ministry of Finance, SEBI, FICCI, and BSE, BCCI (Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry). He has presented various capital market related papers in India and abroad.

Mr.Anoop Ganapathi

Independent Director

He is a Chartered Accountant with an additional qualification of DISA from ICAI. He is having 20 years of vast experience in banking & Non-banking Finance companies. He is the Director of Hampshire Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd, Thrissur since 2008. He is the partner of Mohandas & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Thrissur since 2003. He has earlier worked with Nedungadi Bank Ltd, Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Ltd and Dhanalaxmi Bank Ltd.

Mr.Santosh Kurup

Independent Director

Mr.Santosh Kurup is a CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is a graduate in BA Economics (Hons.) from St.Stephen's College and pursued his Post Graduation in M.A from Delhi School of Economics and MBA from prestigious Stern School of Bussiness,New York University. He has got 3 decades of expertise in Banking, Asset management and Non- Banking Finance. With his rich and vast experience in corporate development and financial sector he has acted in various capacities in India and abroad. He has served RBI, Mumbai as Assistant General Manager from 1981 to 93. He was The Vice President of Emerging Markets,JP Morgan based in New York from 1993 to 1996, acted as Director of Emerging Markets, Old Mutual Plc. London and Mumbai from 1996 to 2002,worked as an Independent Consultant in India and UK for Edelweiss Bank Project, Edelweiss Financial Services and Pipal Research Corporation.Besides serving our board he is also the Director and substantial shareholder of M/s Kurup Services Pvt. Ltd., He is a reg ular blogger on Financial Market Research at www.santoshkurup.bIogspot.com. He has also shown his interest as a lecturer in economics at St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi from 1979 to 1981.

Mr.N D Vijayan

Non-Executive Director

Mr. ND Vijayan is a Graduate in commerce with Diplomain Computer Application. Started his career in the year 1979 with Bank of Baroda, Abu Dhabi. Having served in various posts, ended the services with the organization as Current Account Manager in 1982 and joined with Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade in 1983. He worked in the supervisory roles of almost again stall the internal departments during the course of service. With more than 30 odd years of service, took VRSin2011 asOperations-in-charge of IT department with an option to rejoin but decided not to.

Mr.P.N.Unnirajan

Non-Executive Director

Sri.PoiyakuIeth Nelambaran Unnirajan IPS (Rtd.)is a post graduate in history.He retired from the Kerala Police on superannuation on 30th June 2018 while working as the Superintendent of Police, Crime Branch CID Ernakulum range. He was inducted as a Sub- Inspector in Kerala Police in 1981. He was promoted as Circle Inspector of Police in 1994 and promoted as DYSP in 2001 and Superintendent of Police on March 2010. He has served as the Assistant Director, Kerala Police Academy, Thrissur, Superintendent of Police, Special Branch, Thrissur Range, Superintended Internal security (Intelligence) Thiruvanathapuram and held several responsible posts. He was also awarded with the PRESIDENTS POLICEMEDAL FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE during the year 2017. He had compIetedhisP.G in Criminology and Police administration.

He is a graduate in commerce and fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a diploma in mediation from Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation and obtained the membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. He has industrial experience of more than 25 years in the fields of corporate laws, strategic management and policy matters. He hadworked with major business houses in Kerala such as,Kuttukaran Group, Popular Motors group, Malabar Gold in different capacities. Prior to joining with YLL he was the General Manager & Company Secretary of Manappuram Finance Ltd., A, BSE and NSE listed NBFC with pan India presence. He has contributed articles of professional importance in Chartered Secretary and other professional publications. In addition to the secretarial functions he also oversees the General Management functions of the Company such as, HR, Administration, Risk &Compliances.

Mr.K.K.Sreenivas

VP-Credit & Branch Operations

Mr. K K Sreenivas is a Commerce Graduate and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India. He holds certification in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India. He also holds CAI I B certification from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. He is an intermediate pass of the ACS exam of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has 7 years of banking experience (HDFC Bank &Dhanlaxmi Bank) in various fields such as retail asset products, SME Finance and Corporate Banking. He further has 5years experience with NBFCs (Bajaj Finance &Manappuram Finance) in the field of mortgage based lending prior to joining Yogakshemam in early 2016. Recently, he has cleared the Limited Insolvency Examination and qualified to be a member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Chief Financial Officer

He is a Graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant. He has more than 12 years of varied experience in Accounts, Finance and Taxation in various sectors. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer in one of the leading Public Limited Companies in Kerala. A significant part of his employment has been in the NBFC Sector (Manappuram Finance Ltd.) and in the Jewellery Retail Sector (Manappuram Jewellers Ltd. and Kalyan Jewellers India (Pvt.) Ltd.) He oversees the Finance, Accounts and Taxation functions of the company.
